The contribution to the Commentary of the Regulations no. 2016/1103 and no. 2016/1104 is focused on the rule of prohibition of revision of the jurisdiction of the jurisdictional authority which rendered the decision on matrimonial property or property consequences of the registered partnership, based on the fundamental principle of mutual trust, a "cornerstone" principle in the European judicial area, applicable also among the eightheen States presently participating to correspondent enhanced cooperation.

Abstract
