Designing effective Web-enabled services in complex organizations requires to integrate business and communication aspects. However most current requirement elicitation and analysis methods are oriented to software and communication and neglect business. We propose a framework for elicitation and specification of web applications requirements. It is based on the UWA methodology for Web applications, to which we have integrated modelling of business processes by Erikson-Penker’s UML extension and modelling of performances by an our own stakeholder oriented performance framework, called HIGO. This comprehensive methodology intends to bridge the gap between modelling of business and of Web applications by a simple and stakeholder oriented approach.

Abstract
