Optical properties of C60 single-crystals and polyoastalline thin films were investigated from 0.05 to 5 eV using in a complementary way spectroscopic ellipsometry measurements and unpolarized reflectance and transmittance. In particular, information on excitonic effects, the optical gap, interband electronic transitions and vibrational frequencies were achieved.
