The hydrogen sorption performance of Mg-Ni and Mg-Ni-C mixtures with different stoichiometries as evaluated by manometric analyses are described. The powders are in nanometric form thanks to high energy ball milling treatment. C has both a catalytic and lubricant action. The best performing compositions are evidenced.

Abstract
