Therefore, 'urban regeneration' is one of the key words that is strictly connected with: community identity, environmental quality, resilience, prevention of long or short term risks to human health. The book discusses about conceptual and methodological aspects in the first four chapters, while the following ones regard applications and case studies aiming to compare different approaches and results.
