Abstract
The paper focuses on a understudied dynamic of organizational change, namely the transition processes. After having dicussed the main theoretical streams dealing with organizational change, the paper presents a theoretical framework to address transition processes analysis, drawn from the concept of liminality. This framework is applied to the Italian University change process as an empirical case showing how change process enacted by reform policies in the last decade has created a state of permanent liminality.File in questo prodotto:
