To evaluate the prognosis of stage I endometrial adenocarcinoma, which differs by various prognostic factors. Some of them (tumor grading, histotype, myometrial infiltration, the latter evaluated with Magnetic Resonance Imaging) can be assessed before surgery. Abstract

To evaluate the prognosis of stage I endometrial adenocarcinoma, which differs by various prognostic factors. Some of them (tumor grading, histotype, myometrial infiltration, the latter evaluated with Magnetic Resonance Imaging) can be assessed before surgery.
