La revisione delle norme sulla revisione costituzionale. Un'analisi filosofica

The paper concerns the limits to normative constitutional power in general; a particular case of limit to normative constitutional power is the application of the norms on constitutional review to themselves. In the first place, the possibility and legitimacy of limits to constitutional review will be investigated; in the second place, the alleged puzzle of constitutional review will be analysed; in the third place, a distinction between linguistic self-reference and self-application will be made.
