Abstract
Using a simple first-order nonlinear mathematical model, it is shown that typical features of the smooth pursuit eye movements can be interpreted as consequences of the nonlinearities (in particular the velocity saturation) of the relevant neural control system, without the need of invoking specific ad hoc mechanisms.File in questo prodotto:
