Neurotoxicity is underrated side effect, where no typical clinical, radiological, or histopathological patterns have yet been found. The present study is targeted to a review of the literature on tacrolimus-induced neurotoxicity secondary to organs' transplantation, aimed to its prompt diagnosis.
