Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) of copper centers in KTaO3:Li:Cu single crystals have been studied. Superhyperfine (SHF) structure of an exchange pair Cu2+-Cu2+ center, associated with the eight surrounding nearest-neighbor potassium ions was found. The EPR signal behaviour with the temperature may characterize the dielectric properties of crystals at the microwave frequency.

Abstract
Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) of copper centers in KTaO3:Li:Cu single crystals have been studied. Superhyperfine (SHF) structure of an exchange pair Cu2+-Cu2+ center, associated with the eight surrounding nearest-neighbor potassium ions was found. The EPR signal behaviour with the temperature may characterize the dielectric properties of crystals at the microwave frequency.File in questo prodotto:
