Abstract

From the analysis of the temperature dependence of the Electron Paramagnetic Resonance spectra for as grown and reduced SrTiO3:Mn crystals and ceramics it was proposed that the manganese incorporates into the strontium titanate mainly as small particles of MnO2 or MnO.
