On the occasion of an academic meeting held in Seoul in June 2019 at the Seoul National University, some scholars had highlighted the fact that the 19th century had represented the affirmation of the social classes; the 20th century had seen the affirmation of Capitalism and everyone hoped that the 21st century could be confirmed as the century of the development of Culture. So 3C: Class, Capitalism and Culture which deserve to be adequately analysed; but in this context we mainly focus on the last concept: Culture, from which to start again to put other fundamental references and values back at the center.
