Abstract

In patients with MPN at COVID-19 diagnosis, the concomitant presence of dyspnea and elevated NLR inflammatory biomarker identified a subgroup of patients at a higher risk for hospitalization. Moreover, we showed that the onset of early dyspnea was also a factor to predict the worsening of respiratory function in these hospitalized patients.
