In this chapter, we explore the innovation ecosystem that supports robotic rehabilitation (RR). RR is an emerging practice that is transforming healthcare systems and the way rehabilitation is conducted. Technological advancements in RR are promising but the widespread adoption remains constrained by barriers such as cost, accessibility, and user acceptance. This conceptual map of the RR ecosystem explores the interconnections among different agents at different levels. We identify several challenges and opportunities located at three levels: macro, meso, and micro. The chapter outlines the interactions and networks of key actors and offers insights into the enablers and barriers that shape the integration of RR technologies. This work enhances understanding of how technological innovation evolves within its ecosystem and offers insights that can guide new strategies and "blue" opportunities in healthcare business models.
