In the paper authors deepen energy communities considered as possible instrument to overcome the “energy inequalities”, that are nowadays an issue that each nation has to face. Firstly, in the text authors define the scope of this definition with reference to the needs, the costs and the personal capabilities of each citizen related to the access to energy; this last element is actually one of the primary needs of human beings and of the society. The energy Communities are rapidly evolving together with the technological opportunities and the legal framework. The European Directives (so called Red-I and Red-II) shape a wider application of energy communities than each Member State laws, so that it is possible to imagine a progressive alignment of the National laws to the Eu principles. In the text, authors focus on the role that Energy Communities could acquire both as knowledge base about possible inequalities and as solution to inequalities (generalized or very specific) starting from the tasks of “prosumers”.

In the text, authors focus on the role that Energy Communities could acquire both as knowledge base about possible inequalities and as solution to inequalities (generalized or very specific) starting from the tasks of “prosumers”.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
