Considerations in the margins of the session proceedings. - The contribution draws from the discussion originated from some speeches made during the 3rd session, entitled "Constitutional Interpretation: role, powers and limits of the Courts". Interpretation of the constitutional document was considered primarily as an instrument of jurisprudential redefinition of the powers of the Courts, especially in terms of regulating the temporal effects of the declaration of unconstitutionality.
