This article presents a pilot use of the trauma-informed eConnect STAFF intervention for staff in a community hosting Unaccompanied Foreign Minors. Challenges include cultural conflicts (e.g., meal management) and complex relational dynamics with adolescents. The online program was adapted with real-case role-plays and reflections on attachment and culture, supervised by a cultural mediator. Feedback highlights improvements in empathy and conflict management, though 50% of staff reported no significant changes in relationships with minors. The experience underscores the value of flexible, culturally sensitive interventions, suggesting future adaptations to address migration- related trauma and cultural specificities, aiming to enhance caregiver-minor relational outcomes in multicultural care contexts
