Abstract
An increasing wealth of evidence suggests an important role for chemokines and their receptors in the pathogenesis of inflammation. In this review, the authors explore the role of chemokines in inflammatory joint diseases, with particular emphasis on rheumatoid arthritis. Recent progress aimed at modulating the chemokine and chemokine receptor system for therapy will also be discussed.File in questo prodotto:
