Abstract
the capability of sodium hydroxide and sodium pirophosphate for extracting humic substances from two river sediments has been investigated and results showed the capability of the second in extracting those bonded to metal ions. By the proposed method two extracts have been obtained: one containig the fulvic fraction more soluble in water and one containing the fraction more soluble in alcohol. nitrogen content is the same in the two fractions nothwithstanding their different chemical nature.File in questo prodotto:
