The Hogfeldt three-parameters model has been used to fit acid base titration data of T-azo-R and Chromotrope 2B sorbed on Dowex 1-X8 or AG 1-X8 at 298 K and at various ionic strengths, ranking from 0.01 m to 1.90 m NaCl. The parameters of the models are collected in Table 1. the permit prediction of titration curves with a pH standard deviation form 0.01 to 0.03, which agrees well with the fit bound for other system in the literature. Thus also in the case of particular ion-exchangers considered here, the Hogfeldt three-parameters model permits a convenient summary of the experimental data and an accurate prediction of the titration curves.
