The word tethrippon in fr. 1, l. 11 of this commentary on the Iliad, within a section concerning the cooptation of Hector’s charioteer Kebriones into the task force of Trojan warriors determined to pass on foot the Achaean moat, leaving behind their chariots (Il. XII 91), allows a reconstruction of the meaning of the annotation, and of the related text, fitting well with the corresponding scholium exegeticum 12.91-92. So, the strong affinity between the commentary and this class of medieval scholia is further confirmed.
