Abstract

A group of subjects suffering from primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) was undergone to Visual Evoked Potentials (VEP) during induced intraocular hypertension. The test pointed out pathologic subjects with lack of autoregulation of the optic nerve head. Our methodology with low-grade induced hypertension proved to be effective and reliable and safe for the optic nerve of the patients.
