For example, the incidence rate for BBC metastases has been reported approximately 0,003% . Furthermore , of approximately 300 cases reported in literature nearly 85% involved head and neck region. Metastatic spread in these cases was most often associated with regional lymph linfonodes 60%, followed by lungs 42%, bones 20%, and skin 20%.
