Conjugated enones are one of the most used building blocks in synthetic organic chemistry[1] and are an important moiety in natural products and biologically active com- pounds. Given its high synthetic versatility, the enone system is involved in several carbon–carbon bond-forming reactions, such as cyclopropanation, Michael addition, Diels–Alder and 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions, and in the conversion to other functional groups, such as allylic al- cohols, epoxides and amines.

Abstract
Conjugated enones are one of the most used building blocks in synthetic organic chemistry[1] and are an important moiety in natural products and biologically active com- pounds. Given its high synthetic versatility, the enone system is involved in several carbon–carbon bond-forming reactions, such as cyclopropanation, Michael addition, Diels–Alder and 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions, and in the conversion to other functional groups, such as allylic al- cohols, epoxides and amines.File in questo prodotto:
