Abstract

The supplements added to daily diet have the primary objective to maintain good health, improve homeostasis and create conditions for reduction of risk disease. Due to the increasing market demand, the search for effective and non-toxic natural compounds with antioxidant and ergogenic activity has increasingly become a matter of interest. This paper describes firstly that this specific combination of fungal supplements will be useful in order to assess and manage the performance state of the endurance athlete.

Physiology considers resources that study the regulation of biological functions at the level of the whole organism. This includes research from biochemical, cell biological and whole system studies of human and animal physiology. Comparative physiology, biological rhythms, and physiological measurement are also included. Resources emphasizing cellular regulation, or the physiology of specific organs are excluded and are covered in the Cell & Developmental Biology and Medical Research: Organs & Systems categories.
