The paper explores the role of some critical events in the organization’s life cycle model and, in particular, their impact on organizational learning (thus becoming 'critical learning events') and entrepreneurial orientation. Following a deductive approach, a conceptual framework with feedback mechanisms between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning is proposed and, then, tested through a single case study.

Abstract
The paper explores the role of some critical events in the organization’s life cycle model and, in particular, their impact on organizational learning (thus becoming 'critical learning events') and entrepreneurial orientation. Following a deductive approach, a conceptual framework with feedback mechanisms between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning is proposed and, then, tested through a single case study.File in questo prodotto:
