The paper is aimed at design an Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor (PMASyRM), by making use of cheaper magnets (for example hard ferrites) than those used for the equivalent stator of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) taken as a reference. The value of salience is expected to be as high as possible so that its performance is comparable to the reference, while having a lower cost of production, based on the same volume and with the same ferromagnetic parcels length.

Abstract
The paper is aimed at design an Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor (PMASyRM), by making use of cheaper magnets (for example hard ferrites) than those used for the equivalent stator of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) taken as a reference. The value of salience is expected to be as high as possible so that its performance is comparable to the reference, while having a lower cost of production, based on the same volume and with the same ferromagnetic parcels length.File in questo prodotto:
