Intrapreneurs, recognized as drivers of innovation within existing organizations, play an important role in strengthening dynamic capabilities, which are essential for facing complexity and uncertainty. While their contribution is widely acknowledged, the configurations of individual and organizational factors that enable effective intrapreneurial activities remain insufficiently investigated/understood. This study utilizes fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to examine data from 50 intrapreneurs collected through a survey. Results reveal multiple equifinal pathways that integrate individual with organizational-level factors. The study also examines how targeted intrapreneurship programs influence the effectiveness of these pathways. By bridging theoretical insights with actionable recommendations, this research contributes to advancing knowledge on intrapreneurial dynamics and offers practical strategies for organizations aiming to adapt their internal processes to boost intrapreneurial activities.

Abstract
By bridging theoretical insights with actionable recommendations, this research contributes to advancing knowledge on intrapreneurial dynamics and offers practical strategies for organizations aiming to adapt their internal processes to boost intrapreneurial activities.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
