The TRIGA research reactor of the Applied Nuclear Energy Laboratory (LENA) of the University of Pavia is operated for more that 100 days per year and it is used mainly for Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA), medical research on Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT), research on Reactor Physics and on Nuclear Waste Partitioning & Transmutation, research on Radiochemistry. Being a reactor facility operated in an Academic environment, education and training of under-graduate and post-graduate students is also one of the main activities since several years. Since 2010 the facility is certified ISO 9001:2008 for the “Operation of the TRIGA Mark II research nuclear reactor for design and delivery of irradiation services” and, in September of this year, the ISO certification will be extended to “Design and delivery of nuclear measurements for environmental, food and industrial samples”. Pavia is involved in several IAEA activities, participates in the Mediterranean Research Reactor Network (MRRN) and in the European Research Reactor Operating Group (RROG). In this work, an overview of the activities carried out at LENA facility and reactor performance indicators are presented.

Abstract
In this work, an overview of the activities carried out at LENA facility and reactor performance indicators are presented.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
