In the era of web communication and social networks, we shall not forget the ability to care for people in the real world, with their specific needs and features. We should carefully study the quality of interpersonal relationships in the times and spaces usually dedicated to didactics. This is a key point in the determination of the quality of students’ results at school. The reflection on one’s own relationship with mathematics, professional life and didactical strategies with students, is very important in the frame of initial and continuous teachers’ training. Some tasks for teachers are described: they have the aim of encouraging the development of their reflection on autobiographical issues for mathematics teachers’ training.

Abstract
